Multiple IE Windows Running in Background

When doing a CTRL+ALT+DEL on my computer, I see several windows running under the name "X-okRecv11". I've tried searching virus sites but no one seems to know how to remove it.

I don't seem to be running very many unusual processes, other than the fact I have several IE windows running at once.

Does anyone have any idea what this is and how I can go about removing it?

Sorry for the possible lack of information. I'm a novice.
