Multi hard Drive migration--XP & Vista

Hello,

I have 2x Hard drives. I dual boot Vista Business and XP Pro.

I have XP Pro on one HD with program files installed on both drives. The smaller XP drive is the boot drive. On the 2nd HD I have Vista--both are SATA drives.

I am running out of space. Can I migate everything to my new 640 gb hard drive? If so, how?

Is the 640GB drive a completely new drive or is it the drive with Vista on it?

Do you have current TI backup images of your XP and Vista partitions?

Have you previously done successful restores?

 

I'm new to Acronis products. I plan on purchasing and down loading a copy of the required software from Newegg given it will do what I need. The 640 GB HD is new and will be here today. I do not have image back ups at this time. I do have critical data back up on DVDs. Fortunately I have never need to recover a whole system. I have used the recovery consol to repair the boot manager before.
