    WHEN I TRY TO INSTELL SPYWARE BLASTER 3.4 IT FAILS, STOPPING ON MSINET.OCX STATING 'DELETE FILE FAILED; CODE 5. ACCESS DENIED'.

    CAN ANY ONE HELP?
