    Does anyone have any info and the subject file? Also, why did TDS-3 not identify this? I believe this is part of some sort of commercial RAT.

    Hi Snook,

    That is indeed a file associated with, for instance, Total Control but it is also associated with legitimate apps such as here you will see it gets installed with FoxPro runtime package

    If you do dome googles or copernic searches you will find other instances of innocuous instances of the file. Presumeably whatever alerted you to this file was based only on the filename which, as you see, is rather haphazard. You might try additional scanners to see if they alert on it (or any exe's that may be associated with it.
