msi media center delux nod 32 conflict

can any one tell how i can use these two programs together. with nod32
installed media center won't work. when i uninstall nod32 media center works.

MSI Media Center II works fine on my WinXP with the NOD32 beta installed, except that it always switches to 1024x768 and displays square characters in the menu like if a Japanese font was used. Please try downloading and installing the beta when available (within 11-15 hour), hopefully the problem will go away. Also, I wonder if the same problem with fonts and changing the screen resolution occurs on your machine too.
