MRU Buster new user Question?

Hi guys I'm new to MRU, have set it up the best I can. The scheduler is set to 15mins is this the best time to have it run? Also under setting is there any boxes that should be unticked running under XP Pro?
I am running the seti@home program I found by using the MRU scheduler it runs all the time and there's no option to stop it from starting up except manualy taking it out of startup so it dont use CPU power for Seti or am I wrong if so please advise.

 

[I am running XP Pro too, my "cleaning time" is 1 hour and no complaints And I have ticked all things that can be ticked - I said to myself "If javacool made the option to tick it and have it deleted, so this thing is not necessary and is no good " ))
