    I have a NT 4.0 Server + SPK6 + Exchange server &.0 and Norton AV Client security 9.0. I need to expand the C: Partition from 2 GB to 5 GB. I have four windows partitions (C,D,G and H). the last one is empty. I did install DiskDirector Suite 9.0 in g aprtition, and i got free space from other one partition (h:) to give C: partition, and after all reboot, my system fails, because some services does not run including Exchange.
    Please Help me

    Re: NT PROBLEMS AFTER INSTALL DISKdIRECTOR SUITE 9.0

    Hello TONE,

    Thank you for purchasing Acronis Disk Director Suite (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/diskdirector/).

    We are really sorry for the inconveniences.

    Could you please do the following?

    - Download Acronis Report utility from http://www.acronis.com/files/support/AcronisReport.exe;
    - Run Acronis Report utility and select the "Create bootable floppy" option;
    - Insert a blank floppy disk in the floppy drive and proceed with creating the bootable diskette;
    - Boot the computer under consideration from this diskette and wait for report creation process to complete;
    - Send the report.txt file from the floppy disk to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread.

    In the letter please describe all the steps you performed and let us know whether you are able to boot Windows in Safe mode (press F8 when Windows starts up and choose Safe mode to boot to). Also please explain what you mean by "system fails". Does the system boot and if so where does it stop and what happens then.

    Thank you.
