I don't know what is causing this but on every YouTube video the page becomes unresponsive few a few seconds and I get this message from Firefox:

    YouTube Slowing Firefox.PNG

Is this related to uBO? I've tried disabling other extensions and I get the same result. Same again after disabling FF's Tracking Protection.

Anyone else seeing this lately, like the last week?

No problems here with YouTube videos, using FF and uBO. And no, I haven't seen this pop-up before. Strange.

Kaspersky Protection add-on might be the problem.

    Testing.

I also use the K add-on. Still no problems here.

Any other FF add-ons that might slow things down?

I've disabled the ones I think could be relevant but none have made any difference.

What happens if you use a "fresh" FF profile (preferably with default settings)?

I'd rather not go down that path yet if I can help it.

What ever it is it also affects my other Win10 machine, which does not have K+ installed.

It only started about a week ago, so I just don't know what changed.

Well, that's new! Even after closing a tab that had hung the audio of the video continued for several seconds.

Bunch of ads and prompts to install Google Chrome. :D

Prompts to subscribe to YouTube Premium. Haven't even got to any videos yet.

Ive got three short videos I'd like to finish, then I'll try disabling all add-ons.
