I finally could download it from the official website.
Let's see if my extensions work on it.

The ones that are disabled due to the new 3.0 version that I have are: Safe Cache, Safe History and TAB Mix Plus.

Probabably out of habit. When IE went from 6 to 7, I did not like the layout change of the icons.

None of the browser programs have been unstable on any computer that I have used. That goes all the way back to Netscape 2.02! :D However, the last Netscape version had too much AOL junk on it and I immediately ejected it. :thumbd:

If they were that bad on your system, maybe you got too much stuff on it? ;) I also use Windows 3.11, but none of the most popular browser programs run on it. :(

That doesn't sound quite right. Sort of like going to Burger King to get a McDonald double cheeseburger. :D

I also got mine at 8 this morning from Filehippo. FF's website still says only version 2 and 3rc are for download.

I want to participate in the guiness record for downloads, but I think it has been postponed for tomorow because of server issues.

"more faster" is an oxymoron :p [no offense intended :)]

Actually, it is just poor grammer and redundant. Not as bad as "more fasterer", though. ;)

LOL just like with SP3...couldn't wait.
FF3 is now running on my computer.
Only extension that had to be disabled: Tab Mix Plus.
The theme I was using is also not supported, but I'm glad...I love the new GUI!

I downloaded it to see what all the fuss about. All i see is a couple new features my opera 9.5 already had but who can have too many browsers right? Not like they take up more than 10mb in total. I have IE, FF, Opera, Safari.

I always preferred the options panel of ff though, easy to navigate and find things. But the implementation of the new features aren't as good as operas such as the library.

But atleast they made an effort to mimic opera with the organize drop-down :D.

    Extensions Compatability:
Isn't everyone using MR Tech Local Install aka 'Toolkit' ? :D

The extensions updates are now rolling out of AMO; received several a couple times today.

[edit] added another link; corrected a link

I think I'll wait until the final version of TMP comes out (or is this final?). Not a fan of betas.
I can live without it, but thanks a lot for posting it.

The only 2 addons I use: Inter Download Manager Extension, Real Player Download Module and LinkScanner extension (not the AVG one). Only the last two don't work, and I really miss the Real Player addon...:(

    Hello ccsito,
you have been using computers for a long time then:D
my first pc ran windows 95.
firefox 2.0 works fine on my old computer now its just the first few versions which crashed every few days. but a friend had the same problem at the time.
i always have portable firefox and usbopera for use at college.
but at home i always use opera.
opera has it all bultiin where as for firefox you need extensions for most stuff.

On my system (Vista SP1) it doesn't show any news videos. So I'm back to the old version until they fix it.
