Mouse & Video Driver Trouble

    Hello new to this forum. I have experienced mouse driver trouble with version 7.0 such that mouse pointer would show but would not move when the mouse was moved. Now that I have version of True Image 8.0 build 764 not only do I still have mouse not working but the video is all messed up such that one can't use build 764.

    Can someone suggest what can be done to fix this.

    I am using Windows XP Home with SP2 and my mouse is a lazer logitech.
