more infected than cleaned files

    Hi,
    since yesterday I'm using the test-version of ESET Smart Security 5.
    And this is the result of my computer scan:

    How can I find out and delete/quarantine the infected but not cleaned files??

    I´m using
    - Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit, Service Pack 1
    - ESET Smart Security, Version 5.0.95.0

    try this
    1)open advanced setup
    2)under antivirus and antispyware you will find computer scan and real time file system protection
    3)in both the cases select the threatsense parameters and set cleaning to strict cleaning
    4)then scan the computer again

    tell me whether it works or not?

    I can`t tell you details before tomorrow for a scan takes about 18 hours. :shifty:
