We have multiple computers in the house and I want to be able to monitor one PC from another. I have been looking at the programs in Covert Ops, of majorgeeks; http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads6.html

I don't need it for anything particually shady, I just want to be able to see whats happening on another of my own PC's from the main PC :D

    How can I do this?

    You might try tightvnc.
If you don't want anyone to see that you're monitoring, the system tray icon of the vnc-server can be disabled.
Problem is that you share the desktop that you're connecting to, vnc is a remote control tool, so you can effectively take over the other system. But on a 100 mbits lan, it's very fast.
