Missing Barts PlugIn

Hi there

I wrote to TI support about Barts but I dont get any possibility to make it download; I'am a reg. user for the "Acronis True Image Corporate Workstation".
When I login to TI's web I got no download

I miss the Bart because TI's secure boot image is not handling USB wery well...

What to do??
