It updated to 12.1 for me today, but every time I open it, it still prompts me to update it to 12.1 over and over again. :ouch:
    Same story on all computers.

    I fixed this.
I saved the installer from the temp folder, then ran the installer as Administrator.

Has anyone used the option to move OS only to another hard disk? Does that include installed programs?

If you're talking about the "Migrate OS" option, it has two sub-options... A)Moving the entire System disk (all partitions), or B)Moving just the partitions needed to BOOT the operating System (includes your entire C:\ partition <and everything that's on it, incl. applications installed there> as well as additional partitions needed for System BOOTing). This partition group usually includes the OS partition (C-part), and, if available, the System Reserved partition, the EFI partition, and the System Recovery partition. I don't know whether it's smart enough to include an OEM Recovery partition, if available.

All this information is available on Page #140 of the Users Manual...

I thought it meant it was able to pull the OS boot files from a hard disk with OS and data. So you could have a one TB drive with windows and photos and videos and it could just take the OS and copy that to another disk

If your non-OS DATA is on the C-partition (folders under Users such as Documents, Videos, music, etc.) that DATA will be migrated as part of an OS-only migration. Partition Wizard is a PARTITION TOOL, it does not dig down within a partition and only mess with partition parts... only whole partitions.

If the DATA you mention is not on the c-partition (possibly another partition assigned to a different letter), it will not be moved.

    Leads to this now...
Link to the iso on 'archive.org' is still working if you want the 9.1 version.
    Code:

I was able to download it just now as a test. Did you try changing the http to https after you clicked the download button?

The filepuma link you gave - which is already https - denied me access, even in a clean Firefox profile...
Never landed on a page with a download button.

Not sure what is causing your block. I can download it in Vivaldi and Edge.
When I first clicked the download button seen in screenie it went to http site so I changed it to https.

You're right, in Vivaldi it works.
    Must be a Firefox issue.

But my archive.org link to the bootable iso might still be useful to some. :)

I've been reading on other forums that MiniTool Partition Wizard 12.8 doesn't have a toolbar anymore.
    Was it there in 12.7?

Can anyone confirm or deny this?
