Mini Windows XP PE + TI Echo Workstation w/ Universal Restore

i have hirens boot cd 9.9 with an option to boot into mini windows xp pe.
i would absolutely love it, if someone could point me into the right direction on how to add in TI Echo w/ universal restore.
i have a fairly good grasp on how to add in a plugin.
making a batch file and putting all the neccessary files in a folder and compressing them using WinUHA.
i actually have made some progress on it.
i used the files that acronis put out for the bartpe plugin.
i have gotten to this point.

as you can see, i am almost to the point where i can image.
also, you can see by the looking at the top of the acronis window that it didnt register it as having universal restore.
i feel like im leaving something out.
here are all the files that i have compressed into the UHA format.

i am also familiar with the acronis bartpe plugin.
any amount of help would be appreciated.
