Migrate to SSD - Startup error

    I'm getting the following startup error:

    winload.exe is causing the error

    Status: 0xc0000098

    File could not be loaded.

    I'm using a Toshiba portable, and have no recovery disc available.

    If you have access to another computer, download Windows, burn it to USB or CD/DVD. In Windows USB or CD/DVD and then do repair twice instead of installing the Windows.
