Migrate Easy Error problem

    I'm trying out the trial version of Acronis Migrate Easy and am having a problem during the forced reboot. I've tried all the options, manual, automatic, and create new partition layout or keep data. All give the same results after the required reboot. I'm running XP and during the start I get the blue screen which posts the following results,
    Analyzing partitions: 100%
    Locking partitions: 100%
    Checking partitions: 100%
    Error: Partition Configuration has changed Press any key to reboot computer...

    then during second boot it stops for a short time back at the blue screen and then continues to boot normally. It gives these results at that time.
    Acronis Migrate Easy: complete

    At that point nothing has change. Does anyone have a clue as to the problem here? Thanks for the help.
