MID is not being received

    Can anyone assist me, I have Prevx3.0 Cloud Security and for some reason it won't let me Activate it. I keep getting the error "MID is not being received". I've tried turning off the firewall & my Security (Trend Micro Internet security Pro) and still the same thing. I had it activated at one time but it seems to have deactivated itself..? Any help is appreciated! :)

    Is there somewhere else I can get it? I don't do Facebook...
