Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library -- Runtime Error! -- Abnormal program terminatio

I always get the following error when I close the SpywareBlaster-program and I have pressed update before in the SpywareBlaster. When I do not update SpywareBlaster, then I do not get any error, when closing the program.

Does anybody know how to troubleshoot this problem?

(I am using the newest version from SpywareBlaster 3.4 with Windows XP SP2 and all patches from Microsoft installed.)

When i close it the computer stuck can't open other programe.
