I did have this one hidden but MSFT has updated the update, removed it from hidden and now has presented it as important (or recommended depending upon where you look) --

    (It's the get w10 ad/app.)

I keep getting offered this update continually despite the fact that it shows as having been installed 3 times. o_O

I had less than 22 on my W8.1 machines but I have Office 365 (which gets updated separately).

However, I have yet to see the Flash update for IE11/W8.1; IE11 still shows 18.0.0.203.

If you're referring to the July 8th Flash update for Internet Explorer, that updated Flash to the previous, found to be vulnerable, version (18.0.0.203), not the latest one (18.0.0.209).
