    All that nice money will be divided between the memberstates of the Europenian Union. It will be deducted from the contribution every member has to pay. :D

    My understanding (VIA Cable News) is that $M still has one final EU appeal court they could take that decision in front of.

    Anyone care to wager if they will take that chance or not? :D
