Microsoft Security Essentials-What sets it apart?

    No it's not and I'll tell you why.

    What if you are one of those tech/geeks that doesn't keep Updates turned on, or even bother with them? Guess waht MSE doesn't load and then you have to always click it open from the taskbar and enable it, because it wants and runs off the Windows Updates.

    There's nothing special about this AV and I'd never recommend it as an IT Tech to anyone. Avira and Avast are much better!

    Even if you have Automatic Updates turned off or however you set it, granted that WSUS and BITS services are enabled and running, MSE will auto-upate.
