    Does MS publish Changelog for new releases of MSE? I couldn't find any.

    no, they don't and problably never do it
    Why? i don't know but is one of the (most) reason I'll never use it

    I've installed the pre-release on a couple pcs now. It doesn't seem to download updates, or Windows Update is just confused as it is constantly showing an def update. Download and install it, reboot. If I check for updates again a def update shows up, over and over again.
