MS Fix it tools always perform great for me.

With this latest round of MS Updates (last Tuesday), I kept getting a failed download message on a security update for .NET Framework 1.1 SP1 on my XP machine.
I checked back in updates history and noticed that I had installed that update back in April, so it was just a glitch, not a failed attempt.
I should run the tool you posted to see if it addresses that.
