   What is the reason? 7 won't be available for at least a few years... Fall or winter 2009 will never happen....

   1-2 years isn't really a long wait.
   
   Windows 7 is nearing completion, and there's no stopping it.
   While waiting, I'll be sticking with the old, trusty XP
