Microsoft Issues Warning On Daylight-Saving Time

its a grand opportunity for corporations to weed out the asleep at the wheel administrators

the "effect" on end users isn't likely to be very great, its not like every radio & TV station isnt going to remind everyone to set their clocks ahead, your most expensive clock is of course your computer (barring a chronobsession) if their computer is employed as a serious organizational tool they will catch on in short order.
