    So they are really going to roll out the Crypto Wallet? What is the policy if you do not mind me asking?

    go https://aka.ms/EdgeEnterprise for the ADMX
    in GPO editor create a filter rule for "acrobat"
    you will find 2 settings concerning deactivation* for adobe viewer in general ("NewPDFReaderEnabled",
    and 1 for the button ("ShowAcrobatSubscriptionButton")

    *wont work any longer in 2024

    in german:
    1) "Microsoft Edge integrierter PDF-Reader unterstützt von Adobe Acrobat aktiviert"
    2) "Zeigt eine Schaltfläche im nativen PDF-Viewer in Microsoft Edge an, mit der sich Benutzer für ein Adobe Acrobat-Abonnement anmelden können."

    When the flag below:

    • Block insecure downloads

    are enabled in Edge and you create a uBlock Origin backup you get this warning pop-up:

    "The backup cannot be safely downloaded".

    I have no idea whether the warning in English is different.

    as far i can see i disabled the sidebar with GPO and thus no button. (i dont need/use the sidebar)

    I'm not sure if this was posted before, but personally I don't think it's a good trend that browsers are getting extra features like document and image editing, let's keep a browser a browser. On the other hand, I'm sure others will find this quite handy.
