Is LOL the correct response for this? I don't expect anyone that uses Apple devices will touch it and as an Android user neither will I.

No it's not, but it does suck on Windows, so it will for sure also suck on smartphones.

Well, you would still be wrong, because I just read it's using Apple's WebKit engine.

Yes I could be wrong I did read somewhere it was using the Blink engine but you know Blink is a fork of WebKit anyway.

This means that as part of Timeline, Windows 10 users can restore a browsing session even if it started on an Android device, as long as it happened within the last 30 days.

On PCs, Windows Timeline does much more than that, and it can restore a full snapshot that includes activities like apps and documents. In other words, you can return to a specific point in time and have all your activities brought back to screen automatically.
Windows Timeline on iOS
Windows Timeline also debuted in the preview version of Microsoft Edge for iOS recently, and with this occasion, the software giant is making it available for all iPhone users, not only to those who are part of the TestFlight beta program.

While there’s no ETA for when Timeline for Edge on Android could graduate from beta, this is expected to happen very soon, especially as the debut of Windows 10 Redstone 4 is just around the corner. The new OS feature update is projected to land by the end of this month, and there’s a good chance it sees daylight today or tomorrow.

At Build 2018, Microsoft will announce new features coming to Android and iOS devices with its apps, including support for Windows Timeline, the new tool that’s part of Windows 10 April 2018 Update.

With Windows Timeline, Windows 10 users can return to a certain point within the last 30 days and restore their activity, including apps, documents, and websites.
Windows Timeline will be available beyond Windows 10 for Microsoft’s users, the company announced at Build. Timeline will be integrated into Microsoft Edge on iOS and Android, and Google’s mobile operating system is also getting this feature as an integrated part of the Microsoft Launcher.
Microsoft Launcher for enterprise
Beta users of Microsoft Edge on both Android and iOS have been allowed to try out Timeline on their mobile devices for the past 30 days, and this week, the feature is coming to all users as a stable release. With Timeline in Edge, users can see the websites they loaded on their PCs right on their mobile devices, and the other way around, thus offering seamless transition from desktop to phones.
All these improvements are planned for later this year, and while the company hasn’t provided an ETA, beta builds of Microsoft Launcher with these features are likely to surface in the coming weeks.
