"Memory allocation error"

    "Memory allocation error"
    CANNOT EXECUTE C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\BINARIES\MSCONFIG.EXE
    comes up when trying to re-start computer after installing NOD32 3.0...Please help!!!
