Melih implied CTM is not dead!

I've had but one serious issue with CTM over the course of almost two years on two PCs. On a Vista laptop I un-installed it with ZSoft. I had updated several CTM versions and kind of forgot I did and had to restore the MBR. Other than that it's been flawless. The absolute best software I've ever used. It has got me out of so many bad situations with just a reboot, countless times. I never update Firefox or Windows without a new snapshot. I'm assuming I'm going to finally replace this XP desktop with a Windows 8 machine. With the rumors now suggesting 8 will not have any type of snapshot capabilities, I was wondering if CTM would/could work. I was on their forum and Melih implied it would be included with their backup and also the ability to produce a boot CD. Not interested in that with so many other options. Hope CTM will also be available stand alone for W 8!

But really, I've drop my hopes as time goes by.
The CTM technology (snapshot) is a impressive one.
I have backup, but CTM would be invincible.
But I can't trust in a security/important software that stops development...
