Media Streaming PC to TV

Hope somebody can tell me if this rule is safe. Look at the attachment

 

I could be wrong, but I don't think so. You have allowed both IPv4/IPv6 TCP/UDP to any destination address/port. Other than the port limits you placed on your local computer, everything else is wide open. I would tighten up the other fields if possible - I'm not sure what is necessary for media streaming, so I don't know exactly what to tell you. I would experiment and use the packet log as a guide. Hopefully, someone else with more LnS rule writing experience will chime in.
