That website blocker stops alot of stuff. Its like trying to run Comodo AV and not the rest of the suite.

Hmmm...I find the speed faster quite frankly. No slowdown here at all. I have Website Blocking off though.

I also got the beta, but I'm running it on a VM and have only one license(already used) so I can't test realtime protection :(
Is the Website blocking still two-way IP based blocking or is it changed to URL blocking?

    MBAM 1.46 beta is out:
"The following changes have been made:

    1. Improved database loading speed by approximately 15%.
    2. Drastically improved performance of Website Blocking on Windows Vista and 7.
    3. Fixed various scheduler compatibility issues on Windows 2000.
    4. Fixed issue with quotations around paths passed to /logtofile and /logtofolder.
    5. Fixed issue with detecting certain leftover traces of an infection.
    6. Fixed issue with freeze when adding a shared printer on the network."

You beat me to it... what I was wondering is why these blocking-improvements (performance wise) are only for Vista and Windows 7 for the website part. :doubt: Does that mean it's not the same slowdown on XP?

The blocking is nearly instant on Windows Vista and 7. I think everyone will be very happy with the performance. Regarding 2000 and XP, we've never had any complaints about network degradation while running the website blocking module. If you do have any issues, please contact me via private message and I will ask our development team to look into it.

Thank you for all of your contributions :).

    Best regards,

    Marcin
