    Hello,

We have massive problems with LabView from National Instruments...

I've already excluded the LabView.exe and NIExampleFinder.exe which seems to solve some problems in version 7.1

But exclude NIMax.exe from 8.2.1 didn't solve the problems with these program (couldn't find Interfaces).

Have anyone experience with LabView and NOD32?
Is it possible to exclude complete folders?

    Thx

    Regards,

    Meg

    Hello!

Is it AMON or IMON (or both) going off? When you mean "complete folders" do you mean excluding a folder and all the files and subfolders within that folder? If so, the answer is Yes.

    :D

    A whole folder , nowhere . Just files .

    Have you tried this:

    Repair Winsock
Windows XP SP2 / Windows Vista

    Goto Start –> Run
    type cmd and click OK.
    Type netsh winsock reset
Press ENTER . Restart immediately !

Note that there is a space between the commands , example netshSPACEwinsockSPACEreset

After restart , open NOD32's Control Center -> Click IMON and reregisted it to the system

When IMON is ready , open Control Center -> IMON -> Setup -> "HTTP" tab -> Client compatibility and make sure all applications are set on Higher compatibility

    Report back your results! ;)

    Hello,

Repair winsock seems not solve the problems... all applications are set to higher compatibility, but the LabView applications didn't shown in this dialog.

Excluding the following files seems to solve the most of the problems with LabView:

    Code:
    C:\Programme\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\LabVIEW.exe
    C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\LabVIEW.exe
    C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\LabVIEW.exe
    C:\Programme\National Instruments\Shared\Example Finder\1.0\BIN\NIExampleFinder.exe
    C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\Example Finder\1.0\BIN\NIExampleFinder.exe
    C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Shared\Example Finder\1.0\BIN\NIExampleFinder.exe
    C:\Programme\National Instruments\MAX\nimxs.exe
    C:\Program Files\National Instruments\MAX\nimxs.exe
    C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\MAX\nimxs.exe

    Hi !
Thanks for letting me know ! ;)

If in future you continue having problems with IMON and this application , simply disable IMON . I am sure you'll have no problems because AMON will be there to protect you!
