Woman Locked Out of Car by Cat
    AP
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (Dec. 2:cool: -- Locking yourself out of your car is bad enough, but Jeanna Stewart was even more embarrassed when the culprit was not her, but her cat.

The Morgantown resident said she was getting a spare house key out her car's trunk on Monday when her cat Mork, one of three in the car, stepped on the automatic door lock. She couldn't unlock the door because she had left her car keys on the driver's seat.

"He wouldn't unlock the door for me," Stewart said Tuesday. "He was standing there, saying why aren't you opening the door? I want to go inside."

Stewart went into her house and called the Morgantown Fire Department for help. She said she was mainly concerned about freeing Mork and the other cats, Minday and Alex.

"They rescued my three little kitties," Stewart said. "I didn't need a rescue for me, just for them."

I heard that the cat is actually the better driver and felt it needed to act to protect the other two feline passengers..........although I believe there were no 'Hard Felines' over the incident.......I suppose it could have been 'Cat-astrophic'......but for the quick action of the Firemen, who quickly disarmed the ignition, smashed all the windows and then proceeded to remove the complete roof of the car with specially designed destructive cutting equipment to effect a successful rescue of the distraught Moggies.......glad to say they are now undergoing councilling and Trauma rehabilitation at a Rest Home.........which was different to the cats who weren't even remotely impressed and just strolled home for their tea.........One of the cats was quoted as saying it may consider sueing....

Oh goody....new on the market! A bit tricky to get into the toaster slot though. Using a mallett first seems to work!
