Marcos please help

    I just purchased NOD from the eset.com website and after entering all info and clicking submit I got an error that said that my oder receipt could not be sent to my email address because the operation timed out. Then I tried to contact customer support using the form and it said it timed out. I am using Time Warner Road Runner ISP. I have my oder confirmation number. Can you please let me know where to go from here. Anyone else that knows where I can go with this is also welcome.

    That's all I know sorry, I've looked though the forums and nothing came up.
    So that's the only answer I can give currently.

    I started this thread at 10:24 and sent email to eset support at 10:45 (on Brian N's advise) and I have received a response back from eset at 10:54. 30 minutes and I now can download NOD. That is awesome support especially since it's Sunday here in the states.

    BTW I let my license expire a few days ago which I DO regret :)

    Edit: That's only 9 minutes for support to get the mail and respond back with a solution :)

    OK looks like its not turning out good. I did download nod using a temp user id and pw provided by eset very quickly as I said before but I still have not received a receipt or my actual user id and pw. In 2.5 hours it will be 3 days. I sent a email to support yesterday 24 hours ago and no response. Is this within your power to check on Marcos or who else can I contact?

    Hi Chris,
    sorry for the inconvenience, I'll get in touch with our US support to find out why they haven't delivered you your permanent username and password yet. The temporary username and password I provided you with should be valid till the end of month so you should still be able to use it to update NOD32.

    I knew it..You do have magic Marcos. You told me here that you would look into why my license was not here and 2 hours later BLAM it's in my mailbox :) You'll probably never reveal your tricks will you :(
