Marco - Another "missing" license inquiry

    Marco (or anyone from ESET)

    I ordered a 2 user license for ESET Nod32 yesterday directly from ESET website and received my first email outlining the order but did not receive the email with my username/password.

    Any help would be appreciated. I have my order number if you need it.

    Did you purchase it from Eurosecure by chance? They've had some problems with the e-store during the weekend.

    No. I purchased via the ESET main site. Didn;t notice the phrase "eurosecure" anywhere in that first email. I am in Calgary, Alberta. Everything went through just fine...but no license info ever arrived. Who do I contact to find out what's going?

    I ordered around 8:30 yesterday morning and the total was 69.99 for a two user pack.

    Update when you can.
