We run LabTech for remote management, and it integrates with the ESET Remote Administrator Server (ERAS/ERA/RAC) Console. That's singular, as in just one.

We want to remotely manage NOD32 on multiple client site from that one console. However, all these sites have their own separate licenses.

I've been told this can't be done. But I don't give up easy. Were they telling the truth? Or is it supported?

To manage multiple sites, you will need a centralized license for all of your clients, and also you will need to open certain ports so that antivirus clients that are external to your local network can connect to ESET RA; otherwise based on the information that you provided, you can use one ESET RA Console and then point it individually to each network, one at a time, which will require the presence of a local ESET RA server at each site.
