When clicking the "Manage My Account Online" button/link in WSA, I get a 404 not found error:

The requested URL /default.aspx was not found on this server.

When I try the bookmark I had saved, I also get a 404

The requested URL /home.asp was not found on this server.

Not sure what to do o_O

Thanks for the tip, I tried that but no change....

not sure if it`s related, but I`m getting a certificate error as well:

my.webrootanywhere.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is only valid for the following names:
    gullskiene.no , w w w.gullskiene.no

    (Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)

Looks like something to do with Ski supplies ?!

OK, it indeed looks like it's related to the certificate error. Can you find this certificate in the Certificate Manager? If so, please remove/delete it. Anyway I would try to reinstall WSA.

Stop, do not pass go, do not collect $200!!

You may be having your traffic redirected. Do not uninstall WSA, get support to look at things. There is a chance that a server is messed up, but there should NOT be some .no cert on a secure security site. Use the utmost caution and tread lightly.

If you are on a router, especially a Linksys one, temporarily bypass the router. Do
    nslookup my.webrootanywhere.com
in a command prompt. It should come out to either 176.34.178.200 or 176.34.103.165 from the looks of it.

    I'm fine here and checked and I get Both 176.34.178.200 & 176.34.103.165 but I don't use a Linksys.

Thanks, I seem to have figured out the "redirect" issue, it appeared to be Acrylic DNS Proxy that was causing it somehow....I can now access the WSA pages OK with that deactivated !

I haven`t had WSA installed for a while and if the issue was already there, I wouldn`t have noticed as I only reinstalled WSA today to get to the "myaccount" page...not having had any other issues with Acrylic in the meantime.

Confusingly, at the same time this was going on, I was getting web page errors when trying to connect to Webroot:

An error has occurred on this website
    The error details are below
We have logged this error and will be working to fix it in the next few hours...etc

Which confused matters even further, and on top of that I still can`t connect via the bookmark I have, located at detail.webrootanywhere.com

So, I think it`s all OK now now...

I tested with nslookup, and all reported back as expected :thumb:

Very peculiar - thanks for posting. I'll certainly keep this in mind in case it comes up again :)
