The version numbers you sited above are normally only for Malwarebytes internal use and not used to convey version information to the general consumer.
However, your point is not lost on me, as the 306 MB filename is normally embedded with descriptive release level data rather than the MBSetup.exe filename presently found. This is easily confused with the 2.5 MB so-called MB4 stub installer.

I have opened a public topic in the Malwarebytes forum to the MB4 Product Director for an update request.

Has the link for the offline installer changed from - https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb4_offline - as once again file downloaded (MBSetup.exe) details differ to update available in program. v4.5.32.343 compared to v4.5.32.271 in program?

This question arises at least once per month.

The rather large (currently 294.2 MB) mb4_offline installer file should be updated by Malwarebytes staff and be closely synchronized with any new release version announced. At the time of this posting, this is v4.5.32.271-1.0.2051.

The vast, overwhelming number of average clients/consumers will not easily locate the “File Version 4.5.32.343” record, which is a Malwarebytes internal version number intended only for staffer's use.

Additionally, a much smaller (currently 2.64 MB) file is downloadable from the Malwarebytes homepage.

In an ideal world, either downloaded setup file will render the same installed versions of the MB4 for Windows® executable & database after updating.
