I have installed MBAE 1.09.1.1243 on an old PC with a pre-SSE2 processor (Celeron 3) running Windows XP SP3. It runs. I am not sure that it is entirely problem free. After running the install procedure (over MBAE 1.08.1.2572), I noticed that there was no MBAE service listed and so was not surprised that it did not run at restart. Repeating the installation created the necessary service and on restarting the PC, MBAE 1.09.1.1243 ran as I hoped it would.

What the changes/bug fixes between 1243 and 1254?
    Why there is no changelog?

Some bug fixing of some bugs that have crawled up late during the beta period. Specifically issues under Windows 10, bug with the build process and a couple of other minor details.

FWIW the auto update to .1261 on my win7 hung-up, did not fully install and saw that mbae was not running. Had to play with services and reboot and now it seems ok.

You better download (from the above mentioned link) and reinstall 1261 on top of the working one, imo.

I got this pop-up from MBAE as soon as I opened my "Palemoon"browser this am..Fixed by unticking Ret ROP gadget detection 32bit....This is on Win XP SP3...

Also I was hoping the very slow loading of the service would have been fixed in this new version...still hanging on starting according to event viewer.... Palemoon.jpg

    Disturbing:
(Surely "open a new attack vectors" should read "opens new attack vectors.")

    What the hell??

Installed the free version last night. Then I noticed Chrome wouldn't open, and it wouldn't open again today, so I closed MBAE and Chrome opens fine.
Is there a conflict, maybe with the latest version of Chrome?

mot sure if the free version lets you go into shields and deactivate the
    chrome add on or not.
I have the paid version and had an issue with the IE add on a few builds back then it got fixed again.

I can deactivate, but that rather renders the program redundant.
I should add, it's in conjunction with MBAM Premium and KIS IS, I did some research and there were not much reported conflicts.
