Will MBAM still be supported as a standalone or will i have to buy the all in one when it launches?

I guess you won't have to buy anything you just will get the new version as a normal update

Uh-oh! Is MBAE going to be absorbed into an MBAM all-in-one? I certainly hope not.

Existing customers of MBAE still get support, but it will be merged with MBAM.

What if you use default advanced configuration?

Below is Pbust response to the same question in post 3090. He also stated in a later post that they probably will not be selling any additional license for MBAE as a standalone product once the three products are combined.

Sorry I should guess myself that it matters and write it in the first message.

If I may dare ask, will a (Wilders) MBAE lifetime license work with MBAM now? If not, any upgrade incentives? Note that I won't give up lifetime. And is there a proper way to uninstall MBAE and keep the number of "installed licenses" minimal? Or manage it online?

It's still unclear if existing customer=paid license or free too.

when was this switch going to happen again? there are some companies that hook you with a lifetime lic knowing full well later in a few years they will make it yearly in some way shape or form. my malwarebytes lic is lifetime but antiexploit is yearly.

All existing customers (free and premium) will be supported and we will grandfather all existing customers, even MBAE lifetime licenses (i.e. Wilders' comp licenses). Unlike most companies, we actually go to the extreme to make sure that existing customers get to keep their existing license type and term. We will continue doing so. But if you have any concerns or spot anything that doesn't add up, feel free to let me know and we'll make it right.

I have a Premium license, NOT lifetime. QUESTIONS:

1-Will I have to buy an MBAM license in order to get MBAE's component updated?

2- If I buy the MBAM roll-up, will I be able to use MBAE component as I do now, and ONLY use the MBAM component on-demand?

Nope, if you have MBAE Premium you will be grandfathered into the new MBAM that includes MBAE. You will be able to choose to keep your MBAE Premium standalone or use the new MBAM Premium (with just the anti-exploit module activated or all modules). We'll "GIVE" the new MBAM Premium to all MBAE Premium customers.

After updating to the latest beta today MBAE 1.09. , I can not open IE 11. if I disable ant entiexploit it opens fine. anybody else see this? I even uninstalled IE rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted and same results. I installed over last version no uninstall. have to leave antiexploit disabled for now.

Have you customized the advanced settings? Or have any other anti-exploit product installed? If you can PM me your MBAE and FRST logs that would help me troubleshoot.

    Wishlist:

    Malwarebytes Antimalware consisting of
    - anti rootkit
    - anti malware
    - anti exploit
    - anti ransomware
    - VoodooShield AI

You should talk to each other, I see great potential in this combination, especially with new managed endpoint protection feature of MBAM

AFAIK Cylance has some very basic exploit mitigation (I think only StackPivoting). Try disabling that technique under MBAE to see if that makes a difference.
