I ran a firewall test on AuditMyPC and the test revealed both my external and internal IP.

It's not such a big deal, but I'd like to know how to dis-allow my internal IP being available.

sorry if this is a novice question, but I'm finding MD a wee bit more difficult to understand than first anticipated :(

Actually MD is not a fully featured firewall and is not (yet ,at least) designed to do that.it just intercepts outgoing calls.
You might want to look after proxies or VPN.

If it is your private ip address behind your router, then it is just a javascript trick auditmypc is using to fetch it (it in the audit report). Unless you surf using an anonymous proxy there is not much you can do about it, but it's also nothing you need to worry about. You could disable java as well, but that will all but ruin your surfing experience.

MD intercepts both inbound and outbound.

I didn't think it was much of an issue and also thought I would be able to solve it in my router DIR655. WAT, yes, you're correct about AuditMyPC w/ the Java trick.

OK, no big deal, just thought I'd throw it out there for some suggestions. Thanks for the replies guys :)
