I am confused, during an online chat with Webroot regarding WSE, I asked for confirmation that the free cleanup by a Prevx/Webroot agent if it is by-passed by malware is still part of the deal, only to be told no it isn't. I have just found my old login details to Wilders so I am asking the same question here, is it included or not? Paul
Yes it is. If you run into any problem and for whatever reason tech support isn't answering, PM me and I'll personally help you. Fixing a cleanup problem with a remote session will let us improve the product to prevent ever having to do a remote session for that issue again so it's in both the user's and our best interest In the meantime, could you PM me your email address if you used one during the chat?
