Making Skype work with LnS, what do we do?

    Talking about the ICMP type 3's packet loggings?

    If the application already started when associating with rule, you need to re-start the application being associated on the rule.

    shut down skype and removed it from application filtering. skype and allowed into application filtering, Skype starts and ICMP UDP error still persists..



    I have added Skype application to the ICMP UDP error rule, Frag Needed and DF set


    I have moved your three Skype rules: Skype https, Skype & NAT Port Mapping below Stop UDP Broadcasts rule.

    I did not associate any any applications with your 3 Skype rules, was I supposed to?

    You misunderstood me, I’m talking about associating Skype application to the rule ‘ICMP : Error Messages’, you do this by right-clicking on that rule entry from Internet Filtering screen / Tab and selecting ‘Applications...’ in the context menu. On the right-side, locate Skype application in the list and select and click ‘Add’ button.
