    nice, thank you :thumb:

BTW i did not read about the xml elsewhere, but i followed your hint about first alert, there has to be a setting and the xml was found.

hardware failure is likely common, but the communication need some improvement ;)

.182 fixed it for me, and .184 is currently working, but i had no restart since 3 days.

edit. latest builds refused to fetch mail, tried again .173 but this did also nothing. now working with .125 like you. this really pi**es me off.

Yeah, the MailWasher Forums are full of complaints by users. I got sideswiped myself this morning when I booted up my desktop and had to roll back to Version 7.12.125. All is good now.

    Have a great day.

    Regards,
    Phil

It has been affecting the free version on two Win10 machines here too. The older version does seem to have resolved it for now.

The problem with that build is I cannot 'Wash' mail now. The button is greyed out. This has also been reported on their forum.

They're talking about .182 too but I haven't found a direct link for it yet.

I think I'll wait until a fix is released.

One attempt to fix this resulted in no tray icon and when clicking the red Close button MW would just minimise. The older version popped up on install and after first system restart a message about my Pro trial having expired. I then restored from a backup.
