Mail to Acronis gets bounced

    Hi,

    Acronis gave me a ticket number for a problem and asked me to reply and send some files. While this has worked once 2 weeks ago it does no longer. After 3 days I always get a reply like the following message:

    Am I the only one with this problem and what should I do?

    Don't feel too bad, some of us have been emailing for the last 2 weeks and are still waiting for a return. What's worse, a bounce or no reply??

    My response was as follows:
    "message text rejected by relay.acronis.ru:
    450 SPAM. Your address 69.9.74.109 is in my spam database"

    In both cases the msg seems to come from a Russian address; could it be that Acronis has outsourced its support department to Russia?

    Acronis is a Russian company, much like Kaspersky Labs.

    Click on the words "Acronis Support" in green letters at the top of Ilya's post. This will take you to his "View Profile" page. Under "Contact Info" select Send a Private Message to Acronis Support.
