Only paid for Kaspersky, because it's really worth it, from version 5 to now (when I mean pay I mean using my own money I collected, not my dad's ones:D ). I could pay for SAS, but I use it only as on-demand so I probably won't.

    this forum is biased!
    ive paid for:

in the past few years, no point going into the deep past....

    Drweb
    F-Secure
    Kaspersky internet security
    avg internet security (x2)
    bitdefender internet security
    defensewall
    drivesentry

ive also had a few things for free, such as:

    admuncher
    norton antibot
    prevx csi
    prevx 2.0

currently using drweb (as always) and norton antibot, a good-light combination, and seeing as i got 3 years of antibot for free, a cheap solution :)

I purchased KIS 7 in the beginning of the year. I've SSM Pro for free - definitely legally -, otherwise I would buy it. I have freeware versions - because I use only the on demand scan - of A-Squared and SuperAntispyware. I believe that is right to spend money for a very good HIPS and for a very good virtualisation software, like Returnil for exemple.
