Lost username and password.

    I had to format my disk 3 days ago and lost my username and password for Smart Security. I have tried to use the lost licence page on eset.com with out any response and also sendt a mail to support and still no response. It has been 3 days now. I bought my licenses from eset.com.

    Any suggestions ?

    Did you purchase through eset.com and not through a local distributor?
