Lost serial/registration after HD failure

    Installed TI 9 and upgraded to 10 a while back and have lost all my saved info after a HD failure and backup attempt. How do I go about aquiring this info to reinstall on new OS?

    Just go to the acronis website and a record of your purchases and access codes will be there.

    - Where did you purchase the product? Was it one of the Official Acronis online stories: Digital River, Element5, RegNow or one of our official retail stores\resellers?

    - Please provide the information about your purchase of Acronis software (order number, invoice or recipe, e-mail address you used to make a purchase, etc.)

    Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected information to your request. We will do our best in order to provide you with your serial number.
