lost my login and download

bought a new laptop today and downloaded eset antivirus.. all ok, etc..

turned it on again and nothing was in the laptop (all the stuff i'd setup email, favourites etc etc) seems I was logged in as a guest!! not pleasing as I'd spent hours setting stuff up (I'm new to vista)

So basically I've lost the emails from eset that I got today with the download info and the password and username

I've tried getting it re-sent from the eset site.. one time it said email on the way (over an hour ago) and now it just says "there was an error sending your email, please try later"

Tried dozens of times, but nothing.. help please

Thanks but I'd tried that already, I've waited hours and still no details have been emailed to me.
